Changing Password of an FTP User

You should make it a habit to change your FTP User password at regular intervals. Follow the below steps to change the password of an FTP User:

1. Go to the Login page of the Manage Site Interface i.e. http://icannbudgetDOTorg/managesite
    
2. Login using the "Default User's" Username and Password. You can also use any other FTP User's details who has been given System Admin rights.
    
3. Click on the "FTP User Manager" icon
    
4. Click on the applicable "Modify FTP User" button. This is the first button in the "Action" column and is located in the same row as the username whose password you want to change
    
5. The password field is blank by default. Type in the new "Password". The password can be up to 20 characters in length
    
6. Click on the "Submit" Button.
