Modifying Quota of an FTP User
Quota is the maximum disk space allocated. By
setting a quota on the FTP User, you are restricting this user from uploading
more data than the specified limit. Follow the below steps to modify the quota
of a particular user:
- Go to the Login page of the Manage Site
Interface i.e.
http://icannbudgetDOTorg/managesite
- Login using the "Default User's" Username and
Password. You can also use any other FTP User's details who has been given
System Admin rights.
- Click on the "FTP User Manager" icon
- Click on the applicable "Modify FTP User"
button. This is the first button in the "Action" column and is located in the same
row as the username whose quota you want to modify
- Enter the new "Quota" to be allotted in MB for
this user. The quota allotted to the user cannot be greater than the quota
allotted to your website. Quota must be a numeric value only.
- Click on the "Submit" button
