Suspending an FTP User

You can choose to suspend a users FTP access to your website and System Admin access to the ManageSite Interface. This user will get an access denied error when he tries to FTP to your website or tries to login to the ManageSite Interface.

To suspend a user follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Login page of the Manage Site Interface i.e. http://icannbudgetDOTorg/managesite
     
  2. Login using the "Default User's" Username and Password. You can also use any other FTP User's details who has been given System Admin rights.
     
  3. Click on the "FTP User Manager" icon
     
  4. Click on the applicable "Suspend FTP User" button. This is the second button in the "Action" column and is located in the same row as the username whom you want to suspend.
     
  5. A Pop-up will appear asking you to confirm this action. Click on "Ok" to confirm your action of suspending this user.
